Holiday Mini Sessions 2025

Capture the wonder and joy of the holiday season at Shannon Lynn Photography in our new Newtown Square,PA studio location. Celebrate the season with a studio mini, Tree farm mini or Santa himself. See below for all our joyous seasonal offerings.

Tree Farm Mini Sessions

November 9th – West Chester, PA (Exact address will be given after booking)

This is the perfect opportunity to capture a beautiful photo for your holiday cards and create thoughtful gifts for grandparents. During your session, we’ll capture a mix of posed portraits and candid moments—whether in your family’s festive best or bundled up in cozy hats and mittens.

Additional digital images will be available for purchase, or you’ll have the option to upgrade to your full gallery. Please note that session fees are non-refundable, and by booking, you agree to reschedule in the event of inclement weather.

Santa Mini Sessions

November 23rd and December 4th – Studio

The beloved Santa Jim, will be coming to Shannon’s NEW STUDIO located at 3715 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square on 11/23 and 12/4. Santa Jim is a one of a kind REAL BEARDED Santa that will have everyone smiling and laughing from start to finish. Sessions with Santa Jim will be ten minutes long and include 3 digital images. This is the perfect amount of time to get a personalized, unique experience with Santa without the rush. New this year is the ability to choose one of two background choices. Examples are on the lower row: White Christmas and Cozy Christmas.

After your session you will receive a proof gallery where you can choose your images from the convenience of your own home. The option to add additional digital images and/or products will be available after viewing your proof gallery.

Christmas Jammie Minis

November 16th – Studio

Let me capture the joy as your little monkeys jump on the bed, roll around and share some hot cocoa and cookies. These sessions are all about candid moments. Your little ones will have so much fun they won’t even realize we are taking pictures. Christmas Jammie Minis are geared toward capturing the little ones but Mom and Dad are more than welcome to get in a few shots. These 20 minute sessions include 3 digital images with the option to add additional images after viewing your proofs. Sessions take place in my Newtown Square Studio at 3715 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA.

Studio Holiday Minis

November 8th and 9th – Studio

Capture those holiday memories in the studio with our bright and airy White Christmas Set (above) or the warm Cozy Christmas Set (below). 20 minute sessions include 1 background choice, 3 digital images and the option to add additional images after viewing your proofs. Great for families of all ages. You may book a full studio session if you wish to use multiple backgrounds including the Christmas Jammie Set. Please contact shannon to book a full studio session.

New Jersey’s premier beach photographer, Shannon Lynn Photography is now booking for 2018.  Of all the places in the world I shoot, the New Jersey beach is by far my favorite.  With the neutral colors, simple views and gorgeous sunsets it is the perfect backdrop to let your family’s personality shine.  From fun interactive moments to perfectly, posed, “mantle worthy” images we will get it all!  The quality and style I offer is unmatched by any other New Jersey beach photographer.

Beach Session Information 

This year I am offering sessions in New Jersey from Ocean City NJ to Cape May and everywhere in between.  Other locations may also be available upon request.  Before your session we will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your beach photography goals and desires.  I will help you decide what kinds of products will work best for you and how to style your session to compliment those products.  I will assist you in clothing choices as well as location and any other area you may need help.

During your beach session we will interact, loosen up and have fun.  I will sneak in those perfectly, posed, smiling shots here and there but then it’s back to the fun.  I like to keep everyone happy and engaged, especially those little ones.

After your session your portraits will be prepared for viewing and you will have the opportunity to view your online gallery.  You will have five days to view your online gallery and make your decisions about digitals and products.

Helping my clients choose their products is the part I enjoy most of all.  Having your art displayed throughout your home to view is a wonderful way to enjoy your family every single day.  Studies have shown having family portraits hung on your walls has a positive effect on self esteem and boosts confidence. Let me help you make your children proud of themselves and their family.  The products that I offer are of the highest quality and all meet archival standards, meaning the ink will last over 100 years!  These moments will be preserved for generations to come.  If you would like to schedule an in person viewing appointment I would be so happy to help you choose and design your wall art or album.

Include a pre-session phone consult, the session, an online proof gallery and a digital download of chosen images.

Timeless | 1536 | One hour session for multiple families, 20 digital images and an 8×8 Album.

Natural | 795 | Half hour session for up to 15 people, 14 digital images.

Simple | 550 | Half hour session for one family, 10 digital images.

Free Maternity Event

Come capture your new love and learn about my studio.

On February 11th Shannon Lynn Photography will host FREE micro maternity sessions for diaper donations.  Sessions will be held in my Newtown Square, PA studio and benefit Mother’s Home.

Maternity photography

Come see my studio, learn about what I do and help a good cause. For your session I will be taking unopened diaper donations of any size. Your donations will be delivered to Mother’s Home in Darby, PA.  Mother’s home is a shelter that provides a safe haven for pregnant women in crisis.  They encourage their mothers to celebrate the joy of new life and help them to prepare for their future and the future of their child.  As you already do know or soon will know there are never enough diapers.  I am so happy to help provide this center with these essential items to help get these new mothers off on the right foot for a successful future.

This event will be all about you.  Go get your hair and makeup done, relax a little longer in bed, whatever it is you do to pamper yourself, do it.  Then head over to the studio.  When you arrive for your session you will choose from my beautiful selection of gowns.  I will help you decide which gown will look best for the style you desire.  I will then guide you through a short 10 minute session to capture your growing belly and blooming love.  After you change you will have the opportunity to relax, look through our amazing products and dig into your swag bag provided by other local businesses just for my mamas.  During this time I will prepare your images for a reveal right then and there. You will view your images and choose your complementary 5×7 print.  You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional images if you wish.
